How it works
Close
We finalise the year-end close: accruals, depreciation, inventory adjustments, and intercompany reconciliations.
Draft
We prepare the financial statements and the 6B return. You review with us before anything is filed.
File
Once approved, we file with PRH and Vero, archive the signed statements, and provide you with the official PDFs.
What you'll need to provide
- Year-end bank statements and confirmations
- Inventory counts and fixed-asset list
- Any major contracts or events from the year worth surfacing
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an auditor?
Most small Finnish OYs are below the audit thresholds. We can confirm based on your numbers and, if you do need one, coordinate the audit on your behalf.
Can you produce statements in English?
Yes. We prepare bilingual statements for foreign-owned subsidiaries — Finnish for the official PRH filing, English for your parent or board.
Can you fix prior-year mistakes during year-end?
Yes. We surface the issue, propose a correction (often as a restatement), and document it clearly so it doesn't repeat.
