Rajesh Sapkota
Rajesh Sapkota is the Co-founder and CEO of Greentick Oy, with over a decade of cross-border experience in finance, business consulting, and taxation. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Finance at Hanken School of Economics, and holds a BBA in International Business from Taltech (Estonia) and a Professional Certificate of Accounting Technician from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Rajesh has held finance roles at leading tech and industrial firms in Estonia and Finland — including ABB, Hitachi Energy, ICEYE, and UpCloud. He currently serves as a Senior Financial Accountant in the tech sector while leading Greentick's strategic direction and growth.
A passionate advocate for financial transparency and digital transformation in accounting, Rajesh is driven by a mission to simplify complex financial processes for startups and SMEs. His leadership style combines analytical depth with hands-on understanding of the entrepreneurial journey.
Yogendra Sangroula
With over two decades of diverse experience in accounting, finance, and business operations, Yogendra Sangroula brings a deep well of expertise and leadership to Greentick Oy. He holds a Master's degree in Business Studies and a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
Yogendra began his career as an Accountant at Gandaki Carpet Industries before moving on to SOI Group of Industries, where he rose through the ranks from Sales Officer to Assistant Manager. After relocating to Finland, he embraced entrepreneurship and later joined the City of Helsinki, where he has held several finance-related roles — from Cashier to Secretary, and currently as an Accounting Specialist since 2020.
His journey reflects not only a strong command over financial management and regulatory compliance but also an unwavering commitment to public service and entrepreneurship. At Greentick Oy, Yogendra plays a crucial role in driving strategic growth and delivering accurate, reliable financial solutions to our clients.
